Refund policy

DKDsigns appreciates you visiting our website and your purchase. We are an EXCHANGE only boutique. Our products can be exchanged for a product of equal or less value for FIRST time purchasers only. Please contact us to inform us of your return. Products must be returned within 7 business days of original receipt at buyer’s expense. All products should be returned to the mailing address provided. Products must be returned within their original condition and packaging. Items must have ALL original tags, no perfumes, deodorants, dry cleaning tags or any sign that products have been worn. Upon receipt of returned item and proper inspection a confirmation email will be submitted for clarification of approval/denial of items.
